Issue and renewal of route permit

Issue and renewal of route permit:

 

(A) One or more departments on the interstate routes are required to submit stage carriage (bus, metibasa) and contract carriage application to BRTA head office, Elenbari, Tejgaon, Dhaka with required papers.

 

(B) For the issue / renewal of the issue of stage carriage (bus, metibasa) and contract carriage on the route under the same department, which is in the inter-district route, the BRTA divisional office has to submit the necessary documents.

 

(C) The application of the route permit for motor transport of normal transport / private transport (freight truck, van, tanker etc.), which runs between movement of stage carriage, contract carriage and any other route between more than two districts, is settled by the Regional Transport Committee (RTC) of the concerned area whose application In order to get the BRTA affiliated circle office with necessary documents.

 

Papers required:

 

1. Fill up and sign the application form in the prescribed form;

2. Required fee payment receipt;

3. Driver's recruitment and driving license; attested copy of the license;

4. Certified photocopies of registration and fitness certificates;

5. Original copy of rootpayment certificate (applicable for renewal);

6. Attested photocopy of update tax token;

7. Attested copies of TIN documents;

8. Certified Photocopy of Rejected Income Tax Deposit Receipt
