1. Background: Provide public service by solving the problem of ownership of the owners of the motor vehicle in Magura district and by realizing the government revenue properly.

2. Priority and objectives: BRTA is the priority and purpose of Magura Circle to make the government revenue determined and providing the right services to the customers at the right time. At different times, the registration of Jamataka unmanned motor vehicles and the driving license of the customer is settled. Besides simplifying the service system, saving documents, applying innovative techniques, providing better services, reducing corruption.

                3. Creative methods used:

# Providing service to the customer by prioritizing current or current working hours, as well as previously unconfirmed

                                Files are solved from within the government rules.

In spite of the comfort of the room, taking the service of a courter service and providing counter service to the room.

# Arrange separate rooms for providing DRC and numberplate.

               # Managing two diving license boards by the date mentioned in the dry-driving card every month.

  # All counters are invited from the office head room by the CC camera.

4. Period of implementation / implementation of the project: The above mentioned activities have been started in a very handy way. It's been running today since June 2017.

5. Due to the impact of the project / initiative: After the start of the project, the image of harassment was changed in the mind of the customer. Now the subscriber expresses interest to others to get more BRTA services. At short they are getting a driver's license. Everyone came to the office and said that no matter what the office is, the office closes. And the government is getting its revenue right.

6. Excellent achievement: BRTA Magura circle revenues up to Tk 5 crore in last year. The motorcycle vendor company has accelerated the registration process. We have settled the work of pending registration of about 2,000 motor vehicles. The 1500 apprenticeship driving license holder has the opportunity to test.
